This blog is where I'll document that build, day by day — what I'm shipping, what breaks, and what I learn along the way.
Why write about it at all?
Two reasons. First, honestly — it forces clarity. If I can't explain a decision in a short post, I probably haven't thought it through enough. Second, the people this business is for (small and growing business owners) are exactly the people who'll find these notes useful. If a post about "the 5 numbers to track weekly" helps someone even before they're a client, that's a good outcome.

The plan
Short posts, most days. Nothing that takes 20 minutes to read — if it can't be said in 300–500 words, it's probably two posts. Each one is written to be easy to drop straight into Instagram, LinkedIn, or a WhatsApp broadcast, since sharing this work is half the point.
